2022 Women's conference february 25th-27th Jacksonville, FL

Tickets for The 2022 Women's Conference are limited availability. Tickets for both General Admission and VIP Access are available via first come first serve. The deadline for all ticket sales is Monday February 14, 2022.

Check In and Event Registration will be begin at 4PM EST on Friday 02/25. Please arrive with ample time to get settled. We will kick off the evening at 5pm EST with Meet & Greet and Welcome Dinner. 

We will wrap with Hotel Checkout at 12PM EST on Sunday 02/27

For the health and safety of all our guests,  attendees are not required to be vaccinated to attend. However, MASKS ARE REQUIRED for all attendees throughout the event, unless proof of negative Covid-19 test taken within previous 24 hours can be provided via physical paper copy at registration.

No, hotel rooms are not included in General Admission or VIP Access Tickets. If you are traveling to attend the event, you will be responsible for your own lodging and/or hotel expenses. We do have room blocks available for discount rates to stay at the venue with us. Room block discounts are subject to limited availability. 

Room blocks with event pricing are subject to availability based on first come first serve reservations. All room block reservations must be made by 02/04/2022. 

UPDATE - VIP TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!!!

Yes! VIP Access tickets are subject to availability. If VIP Access tickets are available, and the deadline for ticket sales has not yet passed (Monday 02/14/2022) you may upgrade your ticket to VIP Access by paying the additional balance. 

A Virtual Ticket ensures you access to a virtual stream to the event throughout the weekend. You will be able to access the presentations and workshops via live video, though no materials are provided to you as a virtual attendee with your ticket purchase. If you have purchased a virtual ticket, The Elevation Blueprint Manual is available for purchase here on the site. 

Everything you need for success will be provided for you with your admission to the conference. Required supplies for each workshop are included. Feel free to bring a notebook for extra note taking. 

We love to embrace women empowerment! Please plan for business casual or business professional for the conference.

• Business Casual / Business Professional (Fri / Sat)
• Derby Style Clothing (Cocktail, Non-Formal) i.e. something you would wear to a brunch or tea party. (Sun)
• Derby Hat - optional (Sun)
• Swimsuit - optional  On-Site Heated Rooftop Swimming Pool
• VIP Ticketholder - Appropriate Pajama Attire
• VIP Ticketholder - Ladies Night / Dinner Attire

The local airport is Jacksonville International Airport - JAX.

The venue is located 14.7 miles / 20 minutes from the airport. The Hyatt does offer a hourly airport shuttle service from 6am - 3pm for $25 per person. Please reach out to the Hyatt for more information on shuttle service at (904)772-9494. 

The average winter temperature for Jacksonville, FL in February is 60 - 80 degrees.

We recommend that you still check the weather while you pack before the event!

Yes! The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront offers convenient self pay parking in their covered parking garage for guests and visitors. 

Conference attendees will receive a discounted Self-Parking option for $15.00 / day.

Valet Parking is available for $30 / day, normal Self-Parking is $20 / day.

Vendor tables are 8' x 30" and are first come first serve with online vendor registration and reservation.  Vendor enrollment deadline is Wednesday 02/16/2022.

No, we do not offer refunds. Though you are welcome to transfer your ticket for the conference to another person. Please see our Event Terms and Conditions.

The transfer of ticket holder ownership is allowed if it is communicated in writing by the original purchaser no later than Monday February 21, 2022. View full Transfer Policy here. Contact admin@theelevationagency.com for assistance. 

Package 1 - General Admission is a one payment purchase. It must be paid in full. There are no payment plans available for this option. 

VIP TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT. Package 2 is no longer available.

Package 2 - VIP Access can be paid in full, or paid in 2 split payments. All Payment Plan payments must be made in full no later than Friday 02/11/2022. This includes BOTH payment plan payments to be paid in full.
